2/20/2021 Sourdough breadNothing like starting our day with a fresh bread from oven on a weekend morning.
memo: preheat oven with a Dutch oven pot inside at the highest (550F), cook for 30 mins with lid, uncover and cooked for another 10 mins, or till just before outside gets burnt. Felt softer to touch, probably due to 100% all-purpose flour. Comments are closed.
